Lately my WoW has been crashing a lot and producing a lot of error messages. Upon trying to log in this morning I found it to be IMPOSSIBLE to actually get onto my character. It would crash in the exact same spot on the loading screen every time. No problem, I thought; I ran the repair tool and got the message 'WoW too broken to repair, please reinstall.'
Pretty shitty right? Well, it was about to get shittier. I bought a collector's chest containing classic and TBC a few weeks ago so I figured that this version of the game was updated enough to not have to download and run so many damn patches. I start installing. Halfway through the install I am prompted to insert disc two and guess what? Disc two is COMPLETELY BLANK!
I've now been sitting waiting and waiting for the install to download all three parts of the game and all the patches and fixes. I am quite annoyed at Blizzard at this point not only for supplying me with a blank CD but also having a stupid download and install engine that takes aaaaaaaages!
Anyway, just wanted to cry on you guy's shoulders. How's everyone else doing this evening?
