Hello everyone,

first of all - this cheat is great. I've been using Buddy Bots for many many years and I lost my old account. However I want to help you guys as I see many people having issues.

What happens after purchase?

1. You get an E-Mail with your license key.
2. Download UnknownBuddy from the official update site: http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=UnknownBuddy
3. Extract the .zip.
4. Close PUBG! (very important)
5. Start UnknownBuddy Launcher and paste the key.
6. Hit 'Start' and wait until it closes itself.

Now you are ready.

You don't see anything but you can safely start PUBG now in windowed maximized mode and you see the Ingame GUI.

My Cheat does not work.
Follow the above instructions. Otherwise open a support thread and provide this information:

Purchasing

• Operating System?
• What Antivirus software do you have installed?
• Have you tried with disabling your Antivirus software?
• Does it show an error message or what exactly happens after license authentication?

If you have not received your key within 2-4hrs of purchasing it, please EMAIL SUPPORT. We cannot provide support for payment related things through Discord. Ever. [email protected] We can't handle any payment-related issues through Discord for legal reasons. If you didn't receive your key within a couple minutes (usually ~5-10min, if even that long) then it's possible your transaction got flagged as possibly fraudulent by our payment provider. If your PayPal/Credit Card/whatever is tied to a different country than where you currently are (or you're proxied through), that's usually a red flag, for obvious reasons. Or if your PP/CC/etc got flagged for other purchases through our payment provider, it may get flagged again. In general, wait ~2-4hrs before sending an email. Most people tend to get their stuff within a couple hours if they've been flagged The shop is deactivated for Germany and the United Kingdom, because game publishers abuse those country's laws to forbid us to sell our products there.

STUCK AT AUTHENTICATING IN GAME

Few things that need to be fixed

1. You will get an email notifying you that your purchase has been fulfilled, go to the buddy auth portal to get your key (https://buddyauth.com)
2. Download UnknownBuddy from the official update site: http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=UnknownBuddy
3. Extract the .zip.
4. close steam and PUBG (if they are currently running)
5. run the bot 1 time to ensure you have the latest version, enter your key from step 1
   The system should run for a few seconds then close
6. Check task manager for an exe file with a random name
7. restart your computer
8. After the restart close steam(if it auto launches)
9. Launch the launcher.exe file and enter your key, ensure that the random exe file is running after the launcher closes
10. start steam
11. start PUBG in Windowed mode(or fullscreen windowed mode)
12. IF you had to change the settings from fullscreen to windowed, after the change for good measure start back at step 7
13. Let the system load for a bit and press f1 to bring up the overlay
