The Ultimate Blood DK Routine! Need Devs

Hi,
im looking for someone who wants to join my project. I want to create a DK Blood PvE only CC that will really kick ass!
Some feature i want to implement:
Kick Rules: You can enter the Spell ID of the Spells you want to be kicked, so you wont kick some offensive spell while another mob is casting a heal
Pull Rules:Like,Rune Weapon + Outbreak Pull on bosses, normal pulls on trash
Perfect rotation, auto taunt: If "other Tank" has "debuff spell id" taunt, or manual taunt
light weightet.

Let me get this straight...

YOU want to create a DK routine, but you want someone to develop it for you?

Why don't you just talk to the current DK devs and give them your ideas to improve their current CR's?

i mailed a list to tuanha, and other but i not even got a reply. i also red some tutorials but i think i wont get it like i want.
