Tried this night and had one problem: The Bot always gets aggro from the drakes in Kaltarra and falls into his death.

Had toon spirit rez by riplash stand in borean tundra...then fliy south to repair till he fatigue dies. Anybody else have this issue?
I can post the log later on today if needed (not home right now..just watching it over vnc )

check again your settings,is not a profile issue

I agree, actually...I don't think it's a profile issue since it also did it to me on the cobalt profile that came with GB.
Any idea what settings I would need to check? I have the boxes checked for repair at 50%, repair every 2 hours (overkill?) hearth and log on inventory full, mine, herb...everything looks fine. And it doesn't do it all the time..just from that particular graveyard.

Been running this for about 3.5 hours this morning with my 75 paladin and it's working wonderfully. Only problem I had so far was getting shot out of the sky over Coldara by one of the 80 elite drakes patrolling around Nexus. I was ready for that 'stinkin bastad' the next time thru and bubbled just as it shot me off my mount and got the 'Going Down' achievement lol. Of course the drake followed me down and my pally girl killed it + a couple adds after a loooong fight with me helping manually on heals and pots

Getting a ton of herbs and eternal life. Great profile!!!
