The Repopulation: A Sandbox MMORPG by The Repopulation — Kickstarter
It's an open sandbox MMO with player cities and housing, with no levels just like pre-NGE Star Wars Galaxies. You get XP and spend it on skills and abilities. But you can also level via crafting. With the ability to join 2 major factions or make your own and build an empire to make your own alliances and enemies. It's going to be F2P with a non P2W store, Check out the kickstarter, it looks really well done from the footage I've seen so far.
