The red arrow is not moving as it should

Hello I'm new with HB, and I just notice the red arrow just moves all the way to the right, when it attacks or heals my heroe it just goes to the right and look's pretty weird, I don't want to be reported because of that, it is because my resolution? I can only use 1280 x 800 or 1024 x 768.

Why not? I can't click anything is like my mouse were stuck in the middle right of the game, any one know how to solve this problem?

Ok thank you, but the arrow thing will be fixed or is something nornal? And using it like this will get me a lot of reports from other players?
