The program is not working

[Maxchamp]

I bought the program yesterday, tried to run, nothing happens. After starting the program insert the key and then leave a message on completion of the program and the message "The program is not working." Log file in an application. What's wrong?

Kaspersky. I deleted it. Everything remained unchanged. The rest of the programs I havent. windows just installed.

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
install this https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart
