I will copy the email that I sent when communicated to one of your team members before they refer me to the forum.
"Dear DemonBuddy,
I need some help regarding starting the program. I downloaded the zip file, bought the unlimited registration, I received the email with the key from you and then unzipped the file and run the .exe as administrator after setting Diablo to windowed mode and set the frames (background and foreground) to 60. When I insert the key and press the authentication, the program shuts down.
Any suggestions on that? Do I need to download any update etc."
I also tried to upload the logs but the uploader here does not prompt me to the directory to select them. A "Home" folder appears only that I cannot expand it etc.
If you need any more information to solve the problem I can provide it.
