Suggestions:
In my experience, the following combination of stats seems to fetch good prices:
Crit Chance
Crit Damage
Attack Speed
All Resist
If you have these all on the same item, you have a high seller.
Boots with 12 Move Speed and useful stats are always worth trying to sell as well.
Some legendary / set items often fetch a decent price even if they have seemingly average stats. You can sell some set items with 90 main stat and 90 vitality for quite a bit, depending on how they rolled the other stats.
A good way to separate a cheap legendary / set item from an expensive one is to check the Item Guide (link above) and see if it rolled stats close to the maximum possible.
