This build of The One CC will only work with HB1 and it has very limited support for spells and classes.

The public release of The One CC is about 2 weeks away. I will be holding a small closed beta testing before this.

Thats because you are using HB2 and this is for HB1.

EDIT: No, there is not another build you can download. Its still in closed beta testing. It will be released in 2-4 weeks or when its ready, whichever is the latter.
