The .NET Framework 4.6.1 is not supported on this operating system.

Updated HB using the launcher, now it asked me to download .NET Framework 4.6.1 which I did but couldn't install because it kept giving me the error message

"The .NET Framework 4.6.1 is not supported on this operating system."

Not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions are welcome.

You need to install Service Pack 1 on Windows 7 before you can install .NET Framework 4.6.1
