The nav server or something else is broken, bots idling out

On a related topic (given how often the nav server seems to go down), would it be possible to implement a scheduled daily reset, perhaps some time late at night or early in the morning? This might be enough to keep it up 95%+ of the time, and it would also help assure that we have a working bot each day at that time.
