Start Slow guys.

Go in, Grab the 10-15lbs free weights and do as many as your body will let you.
Take a rest break 1-2mins
Rinse and repeat 2-3 times.

Anyone that wants to start and need some advice let me know.

i went to the gym the other day,
had my pikachu thunderbolt Misty's Staryu back to the dark ages and once she was out of pokemon i got the badge i needed.

With all my accounts banned, I have no money.
One day WoW will be banned from us in the form of a blazing, burning Blizzard development studios inferno.

i went to the gym the other day,

I remember being boned and only having a Charmander and Onyx, I raged @ my gameboy for awhile. Bulbasaur was better anyway.
 
guys not only go to the Gym, that is for fat boys. real men goes running after gym. who wants muscle if you cant use them? Also master pull ups and you'll become a boss.

Agree with you and like to say gyms are the ideal places to increase your health, build muscles and tone body. Gym staff will provide you tips regarding your regular workout and nutritive diet plans and members will motivate you to stick with your fitness plans.
 
Before gym: 130lbs

Now With gym: 185lbs


I think i'm doing it wrong...

(Great place for sure!)
