On the PokeFarmer,The first pokestop/pokemon of the day bonus is not supported!!
So, Niantic can detect the bot user and ban.
Please check and handle this issue.

you cant see the bonus, but you get it

If you pay attention at 12:00AM you can see that it receives the bonus, however for NA users it's a little screwed up because EDT/PST/MDT/CDT are not EST/PST etc... Daylight savings, so all of our clocks are rolled back an hour for the next six months. As a result the bot is an hour ahead of our actual time, and so it collects the bonus from the servers an hour early, at 11PM. THAT could possibly be a way Niantic sees it, but it could also be blamed on the user having their clock set manually and not adjusted to DST yet, though with it being two weeks or so into DST now it's only a matter of time before even that doesn't make sense anymore.
