The Dungeonbuddy not working,need help!!!!

I was using the Dungeonbuddy to upgrade my characters,when I click start,it works for a moment and then the whole procedure auto off.I don't know what happen to my Honorbuddy or is there any wrong with the Dungeonbuddy?
Hope someone can help me figure out the problem,plz!!!!!!
