I would like to advise you all that the buddy team refused to add any sort of compensation for the last maintance.
Tony kept saying that I got the days but the number of days and the expiration date are still the same as before the patch.
While I understand that its not their best period I cannot understand this approach.
I have attached proofs of my statements.
In the first picture you will see that the second key from active and 3rd key from inactive were purchased at the same time and they have the same amount of days,despite Tony insisting that there were added 14days on the first one.
The first key from active has added 14 days but they were added a few months ago when I asked again for the compensation. Second picture will show proof of that.
I even said in the email back in april that the new expiration date is 2/21/2019.
