The bot suddenly don't mount anymore

Hi. I don't know why suddenly the bot can't mount anymore. The bot did't use any ground mount even I checked for them. The same as I check for use random mount. My chacter only will walking by use their foot. It was fine before, and all come to sudden it changed. how can I fix it?
