The bot seems to want to complete a quest I don't have and won't move on.

What profile are you running?: Kick's 1-85 updated daily by SVN

Location: N.STV, The Savage Coast, Altar of Naias. (last 4 lines of navigation pane)

As seen in the attached log file, the bot will go to the Altar of Naias and just stand there in front of it, forever. I do not have a quest for there. As a matter of fact, I don't have a quest for anywhere in N.STV. I only have 2 quests in my log for S.STV but the bot will hear nothing of it.

Thanks to another user, I did check to make sure that "<QuestOrder IgnoreCheckPoints="False" >" and it is as you see here, in the "[A - Quest] EK 12-58 [Kick]" updated today by SVN.

I also tried completely deleting the directory HB was installed in and started off from scratch. Same result.

I cannot seem to get the bot to move on past this or the N.STV quests. It's as if it thinks I still have these quests, which I don't, and they are well below my level anyway, so why does the bot want to do them?

Any ideas? Thanks for your help. I hope I have provided enough information...

The log says that the bot is trying to move somewhere, generates a path, decides it needs to fly and that second you manually abort it (less than a minute after starting it).
Maybe you should just let it run for a while, it will most likely move on.

Hello again guys.

I think I uploaded the wrong log earlier. Instead of looking for the right one, I just now ran the bot again and let it do it's thing. It ran to the Altar of Naias (same location and coords as explained above) and just stood there for 10 minutes before I stopped it. As you can see by the complete log, nothing happened. I don't know why it's going there and there's certainly no yellow question mark there. I'm sorry if I sound frustrated but the guy just won't go anywhere. No doubt it's my fault but I just don't know WHAT I'm doing wrong.

Anyway, here's the log from moments ago when he just ran there and stood there for 10 minutes. I hope 10 min was a long enough wait to demonstrate the problem.

I don't know why it's calculating the repair costs. My toon doesn't have any visible damage, no yellow or red armor popping up. Just the usual damage from fighting I guess. Why do you ask?

Anyway, I tried the following to have as clean as a setup as possible.

I deleted my WTF in WoW. It is running 32-bit client and it is running Directx 9. I completely deleted the HB directory and reinstalled it as well. I am running NO addons and only 2 plugins: the bug submitter and the refreshment detector.

SVN updated the [A - Quest] EK 12-58 [Kick] profile today. Using the Singular Paladin class config.

I had no - 0/25 - quests in my game Quest Log. I repaired in SW before starting the bot.

I think that's pretty clean. I don't know what I can do more.

I logged into WoW and was in the inn in SW. The bot ran to the taxi, flew to Moonbrook, and ran to the Altar of Naias as before and just stays there. This time, I left it for 15 minutes, as you can see in the log.

The altar has no apparent quest for me and I cannot say why the bot is obsessed with "Picking up You Can Take the Murloc Out of the Ocean..." quest from the altar. There's nothing there to react to, no yellow question mark. No nothing.

Do you have idea at all what's going on? Any clues? Anything I can do more to help you with this?

Clearly the bot THINKS I should be able to pick up a quest here but I cannot. It's not there for me.

UPDATE: I decided to do the N.STV quests manually and I did the prerequisite for the "You Can Take the Murloc Out of the Ocean..." quest, swam to the island with the 6 salts, and turned on the bot to watch IT do the altar encounter it has so desperately wanted to do.

LOL It then compiled the list of S.STV quests, deleted my quest log and decided to move on with it's life!! I can't help but laugh. All it wanted to do was use those salts at that altar and when given the chance to do so, it didn't and instead it moved on. So weird.

Does any of this make any sense to you?

I never had the item before and when I finally did, the bot cleared all the N.STV quests and went south. It's ok. I suppose we will never be able to explain it but everything is fine now that the bot has moved on. Tx though. Have a pleasant day.

I had this issue as well and your thread is the only one that seems to have any info so I am going to post here rather than start a new thread.

I just manually went up to the rebel camp and picked up the quest, it was trying to pick the quest up at an empty (I am assuming phased) bamboo cell in kurzen village.

Once I picked up the quest manually it went right back into questing again.

These profiles used to be so epic, I afk'ed like 3 guys to 85.

Any word on when kick will be back to update these?
