The bot dont wanna start

I turn on bot today, update it, and after update i see only this:

and thats all, after i see it he just stuck on it and dont wanna "Start"

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Im do it twice, doing it exactly as u type, dont help at all, still stuck. Im also try reinstall buddy - same shit. Attached Log after last try, but nothing changed.

p.s. also after i close buddy - i have process Hearthbuddy.exe still working, and i cant remove it! If i try turn on buddy again and close it i will have 2 Hearthbuddy.exe process...
