The bot doesn't work at all

And so, today I have bought TankLeader, I got a key and downloaded a bot, but when I open it, the bot says that I must to have an updateView attachment 166489
I click yes, than update begins and I have an errorView attachment 166488
After that error I can't open the bot, and I need to re-install itView attachment 166487
I tryed to run this https://www.thebuddyforum.com/releases/68254-install-buddy-product-try-buddy-dependency-wizard.html but it didn't help at all.
So i want you to tell me what's the problem. I paid for this soft, but can't use it. Thank you.

I had this exact same issue. No resolution to it has been put forward to me.

Simply dismiss the update if you're using the beta for now as it's not in line with our latest release version - fairly sure that's mentioned in the thread itself.

As for the second last log - that looks alright to me, the bot should run if you add a tank or two to its queue. If you're having severe troubles getting the bot to work, drop our support an e-mail at [email protected] and we'll compensate the time lost getting the bot set up.

PS: Are you running any AV?
