Alright, this is going to be a lengthy explanation; and I am unsure if it fully answers your request.
First download [PB][N] 1-600 Herbalism & Mining - By Lbniese (Fully Automated!).
Once downloaded, and extracted to your HonorBuddy directory, do the following:
I believe you can also use it with ProfessionBuddy (though I use GatherBot/GatherBro).
Let me know if you hit any walls and I'll try and edit the explanation to accommodate.

Once downloaded, and extracted to your HonorBuddy directory, do the following:
- Start WoW & mount HB
- Select Grindbot (or a similar bot if you use a private version such as Phelon's Gather Bro)
- Navigate to the extracted folder: 1-600 Mining & Herbalism - By Lbniese -> Neutral
- Open "[N][GB2] 500-600 - Herbalism & Mining - The Jade Forest - By Lbniese.xml"
- Hit start (go)
