every time i go to open HB i get the application failed to initialize properly

in the hb folder, there's a folder called "Logs"

try a fresh install. if that doesn't work, you'll have to wait for Tony or one of the bot devs to respond

make sure you have .net 3.5 installed (4.0 =/= 3.5)
