I just want to say thank you to db team, plugins maker, profiles maker, and everyone who's being involved in making DB's bot great.
I just got hit today and I think I deserved it LOL

I'm (very) new here,

but I am a programmer myself and the work that has been put into this bot really amazes me.

They have made something special here.

Despite everyone complaining most of us made a lot of money. I stuck with DB team from the beginning... got my licenses doubled after the whole lawsuit fiasco and despite this recent setback, we are still going strong. Very proud of what we have here.
 
Yes, thank you DB team and devs for recouping some money that I've wasted on Blizzard games. You are champs, fuck Blizzard etc etc.
 
Yes thanks I got my my character progressed very well in the game before getting hit. I wish I could have gotten paragon 100 though...got hit @ 70 : (.
I hope there will someday be a default random pathing dungeon exploration/farm feature built-in rather than relaying on profiles, Profiles where the authors keep the best stuff for donors ;).

I agree with this post. I didn't Bot to profit, only to stay within the playability curve. I actually made my DB purchase back already and a few more bucks. I PayPal'd out only like 10$, lol, mostly just invested it into my chars. It was alot of fun watching the Bot at work, it is an amazing piece of machinery and tinkering with the coding itself was hella fun. I doubt I will pickup D3 again, even when PvP comes out. Just wanted to say, thanks for all the hard work and progress that the Dev team has made. Good luck, God speed, and fair winds to the rest of ye.

Lol, unlike most of users here, I didn't Bot multiple accounts. Thus, I have no real profit margin to start up a new account. It was fun just getting to 100 paragon without actually melting my brain from doing it myself.

For me, I'll be back for sure. Just need a break for a while :)
Besides I just want to show my gratitude to the DB team and the rest of the community for making such an AWESOME bot :)

If you think getting banned once is the end then I have pity for you. You gotta wake up, wipe the crusty stains Blizzard left all over your chest, and start over. :)

i agree, if you really enjoyed botting, you'll come back.

i remember the first time i got banned using glider, and i was devastated my level 47 warlock was gone with no way to get it back. but after a while i got up and tried again and the next time i had a level 60 mage, then i got banned again. each time i learned from it and it became easier to learn to let go and start over. its not the end of the world.
 
the "fear" of getting banned is a part of the botting game, it's annoying as hell but everytime you survive a banwave you get excited - or atleast i do, and when i finally got banned - initially it was like "FUCK" but after a few minutes it was like "what the hell, i'll go again".
 
yeah thanks everyone, also lost my bots. but i'll come back even stronger!
 
Dear DB,

a big thank you to everyone from the DB development team (and those who spent many hours on the plugins). it has been a great 4 months with you guys.

I did not earn too much from botting, just about $400. With that, I've spent most of them on my books which are for my coming post graduate program.

I will take a break, but to Blizzard:
