For not confronting us with such an irritating start popup as that of Kicks and Cava, It really looks like something a newbie programmer would write to get his "hands dirty" and learn a new trick. It has absolutely no function except annoying the hell out of people. The fact that Cava has embellished it with nice colors does not make it any more palatable. Just get rid of it please?

Popups are there to help insure things are done correctly.

seems to me bambam that you don't know what you are talking about. Anybody can stop hb and open up a menu if they need to. No need for stupid popups.

i already did. The fact that I had to, is the whole point. Not everybody knows how to read code. This is a commercial product, not a geek project.

edit: that does not mean I do not appreciate the hard work behind writing profiles. I personally do not have the patience for it, so I am really glad other people are willing to sacrifice their time and energy for all of us. That does not mean that we can never say when something irritates the hell out of us. Like those popups.

Hi odarn, usualy i never write out of my thread, i try keep the issues related with my profiles inside one thread, but sometimes i cant ignore some comments.

The "Popup" that iritate you its a simple window for users select wich profile bot will load, right now have the options:
- leveling 1 to 67
- pandaren leveling 1 to 67 (pandaran race and auto select wich faction)
- leveling 85 to 90
- leveling 85 to 90 all quests
- mining blacksmithing 1 to 300

also have some options for armagedonner users to enable/disable like
-auto accept or refuse guild invites
-auto refuse party invites, trade invites or duel invites
-enable/disable an special anti afk system
-enable/disable auto sumom an random companion every 30 minutes

this startup window only shows one time (when you load the file Cava_Starter_Profiles.xml, or when you click plugin button), and will resume after 15 seconds or when you press start button, its there because not all users know wich profile is the right one to load, so this window will select the right profile for each diferent char


if you dont like it have two ways to avoid that:
- dont use this
- load the right profile to your char , all profiles are in BOT_PATH/Defaul Profiles/Cava/Scripts/ (if you load direct profiles from this folder theres no "popup").


latter when i have:
- full 1 to 90 questing
- full 1 to 90 grind
- full 1 to 90 mix grind/quest
- full 1 to 90 mix farm/quest
- all reputations
- all dailies
- all professions

probably inside scripts folder will have more than 1000 files, and will be very dificult select the right one for each case, thats why an simple window can resolve that problem

odarn,you can make your own profiles if you dont like Cava's or Kick's work...that simple....
