I want to request, if it possible, for us Developers to get better your service of performing "Tester Approval" stage for new products.
For now we are paying 40% fee of your service. But the service of approvals (time of approve) for new products becomes terrible cause of "Tester Approval" stage.
Nowadays each time we need to push new product for Store it takes more than 2 weeks already of just waiting for this stage.
For better understanding - it's just standing in queue, not any testing, when check for exactly testing takes like 5-30 min or so mostly.
The problem is, how Raphus explained it to us, that this stage is performing by he and Highvoltz. And they do not have time to checkout this stage, which is reasonable a lot.
As they are Main Core Devs and have many more important stuff to do, which require their technical skills and can't be done by other staff members.
Also it's real bad that such qualified professionals perform this stage, wasting their precious time, because it do not require any technical skills to perform it at all.
So any staff member without technical skills, but as just a user of Honorbuddy, can perform it.
In contrast, testing products by code ("Code approval stage") goes very smooth and fast - and this is our Great thanks for Raphus and Highvoltz.
The goal of "Tester Approval" stage for new products, as i know, was to perform better quality of products on Store, but for real it didn't change anything on Products quality for Store, opposite it increase time for new Product to come released very huge and unreasonable by today. Which is decrease quality of BuddyStore for users, since they have to wait a long time, checking support thread and Store each day again and again, waiting until the product finally becomes available for purchase.
Which is have straight effects on Sales for BuddyStore by decreasing it's potential income a lot.
So request is: To get other staff members (not core devs) to perform this stage, so approvals for this stage can be done as it was in 1-3 business days. Or remove it at all, as it became pointless and didn't fulfilled up to expectations.
We all will be appreciative if you can increase quality of this part of your service for us and users,
as it was before.
