Is it possible to install this without losing the settings from plugins, botbases, etc?

yea just update your current one, by starting honorbuddy and it should ask for you to update, i didnt lose any plugins etc.

better unzip it in a new folder, then copy settings/whatever.

You can simply delete the settings folder in your new installation and replace it with the setting folder from your older version of HB. That way, all of your settings are saved
