Like many of you I received an email from Blizzard regarding the closure of my account. I was just wondering if this was a temporary ban or if it was permanent since it doesn't explicitly say but I'm pretty sure it's permanent. Either way I stopped playing this game months ago and would mainly bot just because I have a lifetime pass. This is what the email said:
