Temporarily Suspended?

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 6 hours a day

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 5%

7)How many auctions per day did you have?:0

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? Not at all

10)EU or US realm? US

Tried logging in and says this account is temporarily suspended, havent got the e-mail yet. I'm guessing it will be 72 hours, should I appeal it or not? People say oh if you dont appeal it it's like admitting you were botting, but then people say if you appeal then they will fully investigate and permanently ban you. So what do I do? If anyone else has been in the same situation please let me know

The same happened to my US account right now. No idea what to do, first time i got suspended. It's a temporarily suspension, but it seems like i got reported.

I've always appealed 72 hour suspensions, but there are also folks who will tell you not to. I've gotten some overturned, some not. I've personally never had an appeal result in a ban, but there are people who say that they have. I know that's not very helpful, but since none of us work for Blizz it's just guesswork.

My reasoning has always been that a manual player who does not bot would appeal a suspension vigorously. Not appealing (to me) means that you accept the punishment that you deserved, or that you didn't try to log on during the suspension.

OK, thanks for that, I will probably wait until I receive the e-mail before I appeal it, I made a ticket saying "Hello, I got home from work today and I can't log in, it says that my account has been temporarily suspended but I haven't received an e-mail or anything? What's going on here?"

After 8 hours with still no e-mail, I think Blizzard's e-mail services are overloaded with diablo 3 sending invitations and beta keys out.
