Temp banned

Hi!
Was farming whiptail and elementium ore in Uldum while studying and I saw my character acting strange...
it tried to mount but while mounting it stopped and when it tried to run it got ported back, when i mounted it manually and let it fly away and got to the next node it got disconected.

This happened after 11 hours and i was there the 2 last hours, no whispers and no errors.

I have started to farm a lot the last week but found private buyers for everything and im changing spots twice a day, just today i was farming only elementium and whiptail in uldum because one private buyer needed unlimited amounts.

Havent got an email yet but its says that my account is temporarly banned on bnet and when trying to log in.

Shall I exspect an 72 hour ban and wait for it to be over or shall I appeal with a ticket?

NEVER send them e-mails its only 72 hours wait it out. the LAST thing you want them to do is look at your account, because it will be EXTREMELY obvious to them what your up to. botting and selling gold, they wont hesitate to turn that 72 hour suspension into a lifetime ban.

But i wont appeal because I suggest u guys know better than me about bans.
will be my first time i dont play wow 1 day

so what do they basically do when they ban for 72h for exploitation and 3rd party program?

Will they look into my account for signs of exploitation or remove items from my bank?

Will it be worse if I appeal?

Don't appeal that. Who cares if they remove shit, you're lucky it wasn't a perm ban. If it's a perm ban then you got nothing to lose to appeal it, but with a 72hr ban you have everything to lose by appealing. If you have anything or characters you don't want to lose I'd xfer them off to a new acct.

I was curious how a character xfer would effect things. Would moving characters from a recently suspended account get the other account flagged? Would it be known that that those characters were previously suspended if investigated while on the new account or would it essentially give them a clean slate? If the new account is on the same BNet account as the previously suspended one would the other accounts suspension be linked to the new one? I doubt anyone knows the answer to these questions but what is the general consensus on WoW vs BNet account violations and moving characters from flagged accounts.

Also I've heard that the same last name of the new account has to be the same as the source account to transfer characters, is it ok if the first names are completely different (aka not nick names of one another)?

Buy a vanilla account for $10 and bot it for 3 days while on suspension..
I suppose it's kind of like being sent to your room, but your room has the interwebs,ps3,xbox and phone.. lol
