I was banned for selling gold. This is what I sent


Hello I would like to say I know I sold gold. I did this due to a lot of issues saying what you have done with bans is to wait till the next billing cycle is over and give the ban so you can get 14.99 more out of the account. I sold gold on 5/20. you ban the next day of the billing cycle. I'll be in touch again with the BBB due to this is illegal. thank you for giving me the chance to show that your company is only out for the money you could have banned me before the billing cycle, but you didn't.

It was a guild bank and a f2f. The account was an sor I picked up a few months ago, and just never got to using, mostly didn't want to pay for mop yet and the 5.3 expan, it was on a 7 day cata trial. I did want to try this since it was on the 2nd to the last day. I also deleted the toon 2 mins after the trade, BIG ass red flag. As you can tell I did what to try this.

I have gotten a account back that had the wrong name on it thru the BBB I put my roommate's name on it cause I was so use to the name had to match the CC number that was used as payment it was about 3 months but it was a legit account. This was done due to the issues that blizzard does wait till after the payment date to ban, I have had 4 account hit the day after or 2 days from the last payment. I wanted to see how they acted. So a quick run down.
I sold 35k gold for chump just to sell it 2 days before they charge.
I used an account that I didn't even have a farmer on ( this will no be a bank seller lol)
I did a guild bank and a F2F
I then deleted my toon as soon as the sale was made.
Then I stayed off the account till it was banned only logging in once in the morning once at night.
I did this all due to a thread on this site about a person wanting a class action, due to the fraud of this. (it is true that this is illegal) Had to see what happened it took about a day and a half after my ticket. all tickets I have done on bans have only taken a few hours. I personally think this might have even gone to legal for a quick review. but that is just me.
If anything I am mostly hoping to see this stop happening. it is BS to get you account hit the day after you had to pay again for something they know happened before the next payment.

there are many equivalents in Europe. every country has its own Better Business Bureau here in the old world. in Germany for example it is the "Verbraucherschutz" but they wont help much here.

just keep in mind with mine it was more the illegal in the US part I am thinking due to it being fraud and might even be proved in a large scale. but the BBB is good way to go from there. IF you can prove that it was an issue that is will effect the consumer the BBB will fight for you. Keep in mind the BBB is a plaque here in the states and a lot of coupons might be better in other countries.
