Hello heres a little thing i found, a way to keep an eye on your computer from your iphone wherever there is WIFI not sure about 3g, without paying a cent.
heres what to get TeamViewer private version http://www.teamviewer.com/index.aspx
then get the Iphone APP its the free one
connect them together its easy so im not gona post how.
 
I have always been interested in looking into the iphone version of TeamViewer. I use LogMeIn but it sucks up my battery way to much for me to be on longer than a few minutes at a time.
 
the only problem i have with this is the frame rate is terrrrrra bad shit. moving your toon anywhere is impossible. basicaly all you can do with teamviewer is turn on off the bot check whispers check loot things like that. At-least from my iphone. If you have better results or settings tweaks let me know.
 
I usually use it to turn on my bot or log back into wow if something went wrong. Or to check on it to see if its stuck or is just being down right retarded.
 
using iphone version of TeamViewer when im far away from pc, and using it with my bad GPRS EDGE =-))) and yes it works fine =-)
 
Is teamviewer better than logmein? Would be nice to know since logmein is 30 bucks.. whats the diff b/w the pro and free teamviewer? 100 bucks is a lot. I always wanted something liek this for my EQ2 farming so I could fix the bots from being stuck but didnt want to pay 30 bucks to find out that logmein app sucked
 
TeamViewer is the best available IMHO.

It's not 'great' with DirectX stuff, but it's a lot better than LogMeIn (and especially VNC)

I'd still suggest using Remote Desktop if you can though.
 
I wish i had this when i went on a 4 week vacation, and left my main account on, i dont know how long i botted for but when i got home i was perma banned. =(

You should really use Livestream.com and then connect with your iphone. You get smooth stream for your phone. And only the game is showing, or whole desktop if you want.
Ofcourse you wont get the interactivity but then you could use teamviewer if you need to change something.

Maybe it is just me, but Remote Dekstop does not work great (or at all) with WoW. The WoW screen is just blank :(
 
I'm still using TightVNC for my remote stuff (my botting computer is in my garage so i have to use it remotely all the time :D), i've tried Teamviewer which achieves a better framerate, but i was unable to control the bot and the input is way too laggy. I've also tried LogMeIn, but it didn't work at all (it was unable to show the game window's content). Remote desktop does not support DirectX application (at least on win xp). Can u suggest any other program i could try?
 
the main purpose to this setup is to either relog the bot if it is disconnected or to disconnect the bot for a little break, um you can do other things but i dont recommend it its super choppy but it can be done though
 
I use TeamViewer from my laptop to control my home computer. Works fine.
