After watching the blizzard documentary Looking for group.
i saw that the it department has constantly screen/screens of hearthstone up spectating random hearthstone games.
if they in a chance gets a random spectate screen of one of our bots they will most probably ban immideatley
so it should be prio to get the bot act more humanly with targetting and other more human like behaviors

All it would really need is a hover over random cards function that alone can save you from bans.

The team has already stated that this will be on the next major release. So it's coming.

This. There's no way we could release the previous version without changing the way the bot interacts with the client. That's part of the reason why there's extra downtime for this expansion compared to the previous Naxx release.

Are they spectating games absolutely random or do they only spectate games of players on a specific ranking?
That would be interesting to know in order to increase security while botting.

What you saw in the LFG doc was not them watching your screen or any other players like in a spectate mode. They were watching a live stream like on twitch or a stream directly to them from someone they know. It's so they know, from a non devolper pov, if the game went down. Server crash, etc.
