targeting in pvp

Hi my mage is having issues in targetting opposing faction players in pvp
he only tends to attacj when he is being attacked all other times he just stands there whilst my faction is attacking, it looks a bit weird lol

i have cc amplify

anyone else having similar issues using a mage
