Target info

So I am using a nagrand farming profile for skinning since I need more leather.
I noticed my shammy riding through the clefthoof bulls but not attacking even though she had 5 agro'd on to her. I did a target info and this is what I came up with:

It says Type=Repair has this always been there? Seems odd a hostile creature would be "Repair"

if i remember well yes,it was always there
Hb cant tell if its a repair npc but it will give you the repair cords no matter what
