TankLeader Updater

Here's a little nifty tool I wrote to keep your TankLeader updated.

All you need to do is place it in your TankLeader directory, run it every time before you run TankLeader, and if there's been an update, it'll automagically download it for you into a directory called "Updates". All you then need to do is extract it and you're good to go again.

I'll be packing this with every future TankLeader as well, but since there'll probably be quite a few updates at a more rapid pace for TankLeader the coming period, I figured I'd leave this here for the time being so you can use it up front.

There's an update to the updater available since the update server location is being changed. This one includes an update checker for the updater as well!
