Tankleader geht nicht

habe mir Tankleader gekauft den Installer herunter geladen installiert gestartet und was passiert es kommt die ganze zeit eine Fehlermeldung wen ich versuche das Programm update das es mehrere .exe Datein in Ordner gibt und dann verschwinden einfach alle .exe Datein dass man das Programm garnicht mehr starten kann habe es dann mit der zip Datei versucht da wird nur das Tankleader Fenster weiß man kann nur auf ein Ok klicken und es erscheint dieser Text:
