Tankleader crashes everytime

Hey,

Just got this last night and tried to use it but everytime I went to start it, it would just crash!

I log in to WoT,
ALT + TAB out and start Tankleader
Then ALT + TAB back to Tanks but when I go to get back into tanks it just freezes and both WoT and tankleader crash.

I only got the trial for one day, now half of it is used trying to get it fixed!

Please help!
