Tank Leader 2 Crashing

With the recent update, TL2 keeps crashing and I get the common windows error "TL2 has stopped working"

I tried

Running as Admin and XP compatibility
Reinstalling
Installing tool for C++ and .net 4.0
Clearing DNS, resetting host file

I attached 3 examples of TL2 logs but it doesn't give any crash error, just ends abruptly when windows crashed the program I suspect.
