Talonsworn Forest-Rager not herbable/skinable.

Hello there is a mob in Skettis http://www.wowhead.com/npc=23029/talonsworn-forest-rager#herbalism that after being killed can be gathered for herbs much like skinning after killing a beast.

However the bot does not skin/herb him after it kills it. Is there a way to make make him do it?

I have turned both herbing and skinning in my bot settings.
On my char i only have herbalism learned up to level 370, i can herb the mob at level 355 so its not because of low skill.

Any idea of a workaround or cause of the problem?

if your tauren with herbalist spade remove 10 for spade and 15 for tauren racial and check do you still have skill 360 after removing 25 "bonus" points (mob is LVL 71-72)

thing is it seems WOW does not report bonuses over API so HB does not know its skill is high enough to skin/herb

solution: level herbing 25 more levels
