[Talented] Subtlety Rogue (PVP Build)

This is a PVP Build for a Subtlety Rogue based on the build at:
Zodar's Rogue Leveling Tips - ShadowPanther.net

To use this:

1) Open your HB Install Folder
2) Open the Plugins Folder
3) Open the Talented Folder
4) Open the Talent Build Folder
5) Place the file you downloaded in there.

File is Attached.

I have not tested this yet, Going to reset my talent points and test this
Then, I'll attach it.
