Talented Not Spending Points

I haven't had this issue and have leveled a Hunter, Warrior, and Death Knight. My Paladin isn't spending talent points in Retribution which is the problem. I've restarted HB, recompiled plugins, not sure what's going on.
Downloaded some new specs for talented that a user posted so we'll see if that changes anything.

i know but i have just dinged lvl 14 and my warrior last night is lvl 70 and my ohter 3 lvl 70 no talents points are used

i have lvl 11 plaldin now..and 2 skill points free..but the bot doesn't use them.Also have a ptroblem with the Auto Equip2.I've set to pick up and to wear up Two Hander(as i retro pal) but the bot picks up and wear only one hander weapons..(

So far, from what I've seen, it doesn't matter what the class or spec is.
I've attached the log for my level 68 mage. I assume that Talent would proc when the bot levelled. It levels at the end of the log and still I have 6 talent points to spend. Same story for my Rogue, currently level 63 but it's talents have never set themselves off.
