[Talented] Balance Druid (Updated)

v1.0 A balance druid talent xml for use with the Talented plugin which is included with each release of HB

v1.1 Small changes to the talent build. Now puts the talents in such a fashion it will make maximum use of your talents and spells/skills learned while levelling up your balance druid.

v1.2 Rectified error with Shooting Stars talents (there's only 2 points to be taken, there was 3 in the xml file). Thanks to "arjie" for reporting this.

With each release of HonorBuddy there's a plugin called Talented included.
This is a xml build for a Balance Druid to be used with that plugin (and I think by now it's updated in the download package, you would have to ask Nesox if it's updated).

Then you can select the Balance Druid build and the Talented plugin will assign your talentpoints as they become available while you level.
This is simply a updated version from the package some time ago (to better utilize the points).
