take long time to check buddy store products

i have like 5 subscriptions, nothing major expect the pack that everyone has "1-100 leveling questing pack" and 4 other routine profile.

every time i load up HB, it literally takes 2 mins to checking BS products. is this suppose to be?

I am Australian player if the location matters in terms of how i get connect to HB svr.
