Take item before killing monter

Is there a way to pick up item before killing monster so the bot doesn't backtrack?
There a problem sometime when the bot go too far killing monster he doesnt backtrack to take the item, am I the only one with that problem?

The current process is much better than the alternative where you get killed b/c the bot is trying to pick up loot while you have dangerous monsters attacking you. There's no way to undo that in the current bot.

Reduce ur combat range, it will help a bit.
