The new difficulty levels have been out for a week.
Am I wrong in thinking that is literally the only change that has been added in the entirety of patch 2.4.2 that the DB client needs to be made to accommodate?
Not only that, but it's a duplicate of the scenario when the torment 7-10 were added, so the groundwork should already be there to expand upon.
