Is there a buddy support email? i have tried all the suggestions i have read through the forums. I have tried two different PCs. the Visual C++ update three re-applied. windows defender is off. I have changed the radius from everywhere between 300 and 4000. I have moved to alternate locations, (places i have actually played the game on the phone). I have checked the phone and validated that i am not softbanned.
I get no errors when logging in, the bot seems to successfully connect and gather all my caught details and inventory. then it just goes idle. no movement, no pokies showing up, i know there are three stops within the 500 radius of the start point, and nothing.
Is there a more detailed log? anything to guide me in the direction of what is wrong?
