System Survey

I just noticed on my Windows Task Manager something called System Survey, I opened the file location and it was in my WoW folder. Slightly worried, I quickly ended the task and deleted the program. Anyone have any idea what it actually is?

been around for ages, many threads on this, nothing to be alarmed about, we all would have already been banned.

If you have ever signed up for a beta test you have to download something i believe is called that run it it gets your specs and reports it to battle.net

I have, however I've done a complete wipe on my computer so anything that I would have downloaded during the MoP and D3 betas would have been gone.

system survey scans ur system memory,,u need to make sure DEP=Data Execution Protection is turned on.
goto start, help and support, and type in, DEP,, follow the instructions on how to find DEP and make sure it is in fact switched on.
we have all read the emails from blizz saying that person is being banned bcos they have detected HB running in the memory,well now u know how they do it.
