When I woke up today morning, demonbuddy has stopped working and printed this message hundred times.
00:45:48.330 ERROR BotMain Exception during bot tick.
System.Exception: Process must have frozen or gotten out of sync: InjectionFinishedEvent_was_never_fired

I tried all things include re-install, and turn off the 3rd party plugins but they doesn`t work. However, luckly, I found this thread when searching same problem with me.

What I changed after 00:45 was I updated my Avast Anti-Virus Security System and minimize my Diablo3 window.
So I tested just before and concluded that the problem was minimize the Diablo window because It worked perfectly when turn on the Anti-virus and have same problem when I minimize it.
Therefore, If you have turned out those message repeatedly, make sure that configurate the Diablo3 to windows mode and DON`T MINIMIZE IT.
However, when I tested, it was ok when the other window or programs cover the Diablo3 window. It seems like only minimize is the matter.
This is my log file in that day.
