Tried something else... I remembered having to do this "back in the day"

Logged in as ADMIN - A thing im NOT happy to do but trying to start DB then just gives a windows-error, "db has stopped working, close program"

EDIT: is there a recent mini-patch or something?

EDIT2: re-installed c++ and ran wizard, still the same error
