System Error

Hey,
Every Time i want to search for a Profile a Window pops up saying
System Error - The Programm could not start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing
What should i do? I tried installing Honorbuddy again and Repair it and it did not work
I am Using
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit
